• Scope: Design for the afteruse development of a closed landfill as a premier golf course.

• Scope: Concept and Preliminary Design for a professional baseball training center.

• The Challenge & Our Solution: Designed to be built over 15 to 35 meters of waste and uneven marine deposits. The core of our work involved creating a viable foundation plan that accounted for differential settlement across the site, paving the way for the detailed design of the baseball field, netted training area, and support buildings.
